


Package Guidelines
All packages are quoted per person, double occupancy, an extra charge will apply for single occupancy. You may schedule your own tee-time or the hotel will schedule your tee-time for you. A voucher for golf payment will be issued at the time of hotel check-in. Additional charge will apply for same day replay. For pricing on extended packages, please submit your specific group information on the Reservation Request Form. Packages must be booked a minimum of five days in advance. Rates do not include tax.
Due to course policies, no golf course changes can be made once tee-times are established. If a course is closed due to weather before play starts, golf fees for that day will be refunded by the hotel. If a course should close after your play begins due to inclement weather, refunds will be made in accordance with the refund policy of the course involved by the course. All contracts must be made through a group leader. For groups of ten golfers or more, a rooming list must completed and returned 5 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the groups scheduled arrival will result in charges. No refunds will be allowed for no-shows.
Terms and Conditions
Authorization to use a credit card for deposit and/or final payment also constitutes the customer's acceptance of these terms and conditions, whether or not he/she has actually signed the appropriate credit voucher or sales draft. Verbal authorization of use of credit card confirms a reservation. Deposits and Payments A deposit of $50 per person may be required to confirm reservations. Payments in full are required at the time of arrival. Deposits and final payments may be made by cash, major credit card, cashier's check, money order, or personal check. Personal checks can only be accepted as advanced payment and not day of arrival payment. Refunds cannot be issued for unused portions of a package once any part of the package has been used.
